US Domestic Shipping
We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. Upon orders being processed, it will take approximately 3-5 weeks for garment to be made as each purchase is made-to-order. Standard delivery is typically completed within 4-6 business days following production of the garment. Expedited delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Orders placed after [12:00 PM EST] or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses within the United States; however, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels, motels, freight forwarders, or U.S. territories and possessions outside the continental United States unless otherwise indicated at checkout. Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions based on applicable laws or carrier requirements.
In the event of a delayed, damaged, lost, or incorrectly delivered package, please contact our Client Services team at mddlgrndllc.us@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with the applicable carrier to assist with the resolution. MDDL GRND is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms outlined in this policy.
International Shipping
We offer delivery to select international destinations through our designated country and regional websites. To place an international order, please select your country or region at checkout or through our website’s country selection menu. Orders are delivered only to eligible addresses within the country or region selected at the time of purchase. Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping charges vary by destination and will be displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are indicative only and may vary depending on the destination, order processing, and carrier conditions.
International orders are shipped using our authorized delivery partners and may require a signature upon delivery. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. We are unable to deliver to certain locations, including freight forwarding companies, forwarding addresses, hotels, restaurants, stores, and other restricted addresses, unless specifically permitted for the applicable destination. Certain products may also be subject to destination-specific shipping restrictions. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided by email. For security purposes, delivery may be subject to additional verification before an order is accepted or released for shipment.
Depending on the destination and the shipping method selected, applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and other governmental charges may be included in the amount shown at checkout or may be payable upon delivery. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information and for complying with applicable import requirements. MDDL GRND is not responsible for delays resulting from customs clearance, government authorities, carrier disruptions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. RETURNS
Returns & Alterations Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item purchased from MDDL GRND, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and accompanying materials intact. Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use may not be accepted. Certain products, including personalized, made-to-order, final-sale, or otherwise designated merchandise, may not be eligible for return. Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, excluding any applicable shipping charges, once the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
As part of our commitment to exceptional service, each eligible purchase includes one complimentary alteration after purchase. Alterations may be requested within 30-60 days of delivery and must be performed through MDDL GRND or an authorized alteration service designated by us. The complimentary alteration applies to one alteration service per eligible item which includes: repair, length alteration, or reconstruction to achieve expected fit.
ALTERED MERCHANDISE IS CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND MAY NOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED AFTER THE ALTERATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

To initiate a return or complimentary alteration, please contact mddlgrndllc.us@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or alter. We will provide the appropriate instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned merchandise is securely packaged and received within the applicable return period. Refunds are generally processed within [5–10] business days after the returned merchandise has been inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the merchandise was received damaged or defective.
